By accessing or using the Makeshift platform ("Service"), operated by Makeshift Partners, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Makeshift is a data intelligence platform for brand gaming. It provides audience scoring (MVI), game discovery, creator matching, and analytics tools for brands, agencies, and licensors operating in the Roblox and Fortnite ecosystems.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Access to the platform is gated — accounts require activation by our team before full platform access is granted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) scrape or bulk-download data from the platform; (b) share your account credentials; (c) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer the MVI scoring methodology.

5. Intellectual Property

The MVI scoring methodology, Makeshift branding, and all platform content are the property of Makeshift Partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided through the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Makeshift Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account by contacting our support team.
